Default b16a into 91 civic hatch with hf harnesses

i have a 91 civic hatchback dx with 91 crx hf engine and underdash wiring harnesses. I'm swapping a obd0 jdm b16a. I swapped both harnesses already, swapped the b16a already. Do I have to switch wires on any of the plugs on the engine harness? I cranked the car and it would just turn, but no startup. Was wondering if some plugs wires needed to be switch? Is there anything else that I needed to do? Please any inputs would be appreciated! Thanks.

you don't need to switch any wires as long as both the engine harness and the chassis harness are from the HF

are you getting a Check Engine Light? codes?
does the fuel pump turn on when you turn the ignition on?

have spark on the dizzy plugs. fuel pump primes, has gas at fuel rail. fuses are good. PS have the squre white plug, one big plug, and small plug. DS has one big plug and resistor box plug.

You might just be that one lucky guy with a shitty ecu. Try switching with a buddy or something and see if theirs works.

Well same thing is happening to my friends car, and we have checked everything just like you have, the only conclusion we've come to now is that he had a shitty ecu. We still havent tried a new one yet though.
