i have a 93 civic ex with a d16z6 need sugguestions on how to make it much faster cheaply bc i dont have much money currently

 

How much money? Boost is your friend in this case.

 

well there is obviously the standard.

exhaust
intake
plugs and wires
a thinner hg for a higher compression.
remove excess plastic and crap in the engine bay
remove ac and power steering.
underdrive pully.

you know the basics

 

meh, not worth it for any of those.

By the way i sure you just missed it but thicker would yeild a lower comp.

and if he is boosting it then he needs to do all that anyway.....
eff boostin it.... for the price of bostin it you could do a swap for a better motor than a D series......

 

No bolts- ons on a single wont do hardly anything, not worth the money. What maybe 10 hp??

 

gut the thing completely and sell all your crap you pull out
