Integra Dash in a 97 4dr civic
Like The title says is there a way to put the integra dash into the 96 civic? i have previously done this to my 92 civic 4dr but i totaled the car and kept the dash. thanks guys
lol thats why i asked i love the integra dash but can never really afford to get an integra. i mean when i bought the integra dash into the 92 civic i had to cut into the stearing wheel colum and what not and correctly changed one of the fuse box clips from the integra dash to fit the civic fuse block. and was just wonderin if other have done it. if its not possible can the integra gauge cluster fit the 97 civic?
everything. Mounts. Cutting. Door pannels are alot more involved then a 92-95. The 94-01 teg is based off a 92-95 civic so they swap pretty easy. Then 96-00 they changed up. Its a pia and not even worth it. Find some one to trade for a teg.
lol yeah i did the dash swap into the civic and it was easy with wireing and everything took me a weekend. well damn. well then what about the guage cluster it self. can i put the integra gauge cluster into the civic? cause some where i heard a guy put a teg cluster into a 96 civic

the wireing would have to be custom. Why not just get a si or ex cluster or something??
It really isnt worth it, the cluster wouldnt fit really well, and would end up looking ugly.

good luck, with this bro. It's going to take a lot of modding and the blow torch will become you friend. . . I just look for a reason to use it, but really, if you heat up the dash it will mold to the door. When you get it in you will not be able to close the door, so if you heat up the edge and shut the door really quickly you will get a nice seal where the edge of the door meets the dash.
on my 92 4dr i just cut out the piece that was keeping the door from closing. now if the dash will fit decently in the 97 then i can custom make the door panels with some fiberglass and re-upholster the door panel. but if its no different than a 92 give or take some metal removal and some electrical than this will be an easy thing to do
