Default 97 Prelude spark plug cover bolt missing/broken

I just noticed that one of the four bolts for the gray plastic spark plug cover is missing/broken (not the valve cover). The spark plug cover is slightly raised where the bolt is missing. The dealer must have done it as i just had my valves adjusted and timing belt replaced.

I don't know much about engines, etc., and I'm not sure if a broken/stripped bolt for the spark plug cover will cause problems when time to remove the valve cover.

What is even the purpose of a spark plug cover, as i didn't have one on my 91 Integra?

The purpose is to pretty up the engine bay. It serves no structural or mechanical purpose beyond that.

hahah.. i thought so. so, if one of the bolts were stripped, it won't cause any problems with valve cover in the future?
