I just recently turbo my integra a few days ago and during the tuning process right in the middle of engaging vtec at 10 psi the car was missfiring we then tryed again with vtec turned off and the car went right through boost without any problem we checked all the plugs,wires distributer and they were all fine we then came to a conclusion that the cams were the issue and that i needed some ajustable cam gears to advance and retard them now does this sound true to anyone?

 

Yeah. Why are you trying to adjust your cam gears without being able to adjust them?
