??? 95 civic integra swap what ecu ???
im getting a 96 integra ls engine but i guess its obd2.. and i have a 95 civic ex which is obd1.
i was planning to bar and ref the motor in my car (california) but i wanted to stay with obd1 and use my p28 ecu and my wiring that came with the car.
is this doable or do i have to buy obd2 harness and get a p75 ecu?
thanks for reading!!

Your car is an Obd1 model, not sure about Cali emissions but you can run an obd1 ecu for your obd2 motor. With your p28, if it is chipped then you can just burn an ls map onto it and call it good.
May not be the answer you were looking for, but: OBD1-OBD2 harness:

For CA ref, you must use the obd2 ECU for the LS engine. You cannot use a chipped p28,etc.. Also, as of recent changes, you cannot use a jumper harness either. You must hardwire obd2 plugs onto your harness
Your best bet is a straightforward OBD1 swap with ECU, etc..

CA seems to be really cracking up. have a 95 civic and thought of doing engine swap and few more upgrades up postponed it till winter. hope to get some extra cash and do a major makeover.
