Clack sound when reversing?
On my integra, whenever I pop into the reverse gear and then I start moving back, I hear a *CLACK* sound at first and then everything is smooth. If I start it again, the clack sound is there again. I think that it's most likely one of my axles going out, but then again, whenever I turn or anything, I don't hear any click/clack sounds. Although if I accelerate in 2nd gear and then I release the throttle, i hear the clack sound again once in a while.
So to ya'lls conclusion, do ya'll think it's the axle also?

I would get under the car and make sure the axle brackets are securely bolted to the frame. I think only the driver side has the bracket.
And try to replicate the sound by hand turning the wheels/axles.

Sorry for the super late response. It only happens when I'm reversing. The problem seems to be getting worse. Whenever I release the throttle sometimes when accelerating, I may hear a light "clack" sound also. And yeah, it seems as though i'm hearing it from that general area. I haven't got the car jacked up yet and haven't had time to take a look at it. I'll try and get under the car and get some pics this monday
