my body shop just replaced the front bulkhead on my civic, and when i went to see it yesterday there was about a .5" - 1" gap along the top of the bumper. i talked to the owner and he said that bumper has some hit adjustment to it and just needs to be adjusted up to hid the gap. i'm pretty sketical and i'd need to find out if he's right before i pick up my car today after work.

 

they replaced the bumper, right? shouldn't they adjust it for you?

 

take out the turn signals and there is 2 15mm bolts on each side loosen them and there is a slot adjustment on the bumper.

 

sorry, forgot to mention. to save money, i'm doing all the other stuff myself, so the bumper is from a junkyard, pulled it myself so i know it's good. i just don't want to get home and find out that something was put on wrong and the bumper won't line up.

 

Im located in harford county maryland, and cant find a damn bumper for my 91 CRX! no junkyards have them. Do you know where i can find one?

 

i do. check out the ellis wise junkyard. they have a red 91 crx hf which still had it's bumper last time i was there.
