The motor on my 96 Civic Ex is done for i blow a rod. and im lookin to by a motor by tomorrow help me out no ridiculous prices its just a automatic.

the whole complete head, intake manifold, throttlebody pretty much the whole top part of the head.

200 is way to high for that head man, thats how much y8 motors go for all day on craigslist. if you change your mind on the price let me know. cause for that price i might as well get the whole motor.

 

and im sorry but its not believable the least bit that that 96 has 75k on it and you blew a rod and even if it only had 75k, the only way youd blow it is not enough oil which means the head probably wasnt getting enough oil either which means that could be ****ed up also.

 

idk my buddy that i bought it from swears up and down that he didnt do anything to it. which i think he did cus i've only had the car for 2 week and ive just been going back and forth to work and there was oil it it. idk i might not of got enough oil but idk im just really pissed and need a motor bad.

 

yeah its a pain to find them i had trouble finding mine, let me know on that head.

yeah it ****ing sucks. i mean you would be pissed too if you car ****ing quit on you and you only had it for 2 weeks. i've been with out a car for 3 now going on 4
