i bought the car a almost 2 weeks ago from a friend. and for about a year 2nd gear works when it wants to basically. its got a cheap *** ebay adjustable short throw on it and has a lot of play in any gear. do you think swapping out the shifter and getting the enery bushings would fix the problem? or would i just be better off getting a new tranny?
