I just did a swap on my 96 integra ls I swapped a obd1 gsr motor everything is running but it sits at 1500 rpms with and idles up and down i plude mi diagnostic snap on tool and is not able to read the ecu I am gussing because the p28 ecu has hondata s200 or because is an obd1, I counted the flashes and it gave me 7 fast 2 long and 4 fast blinks can some one help me figure out what this might be.
