i throwing a 2001 obd2b gsr into a 95 civic hatch and i have a few questions..yes i HAVE looked at the FAQ's but i didnt find exactly wat i was looking for... i already know how to wire up the vtec wires and knock sensor but does anyone have the following info

-how to change from a obd1 altinator plug to a obd2b plug?
- wire IAB's
-vacume diagram from obd2b gsr into eg hatch
- wire the secondary o2 sensor
-ok im having a brain fart on this one but its the plug on the bottom of the motor behind the crank pully.. how do u wire that in?
and the sensor on the very top of the intake manifold the little black box (whats it called? and how do u wire it in?)

you'll save yourself a lot of time and heart ache if you convert to odb1, trust me lol.

 

Yes, I agree. OBD1. Have the B18 on the ground. Attach the civic harness to the engine. You may have to lengthen a wire or two. Take your time and do it right. Graft the VTEC and KS wires to the harness and run them along the harness and to a custom connector through the firewall. Use an OBD1 dizzy and OBD1 ECU. When you install the engine, just plug the engine harness connectors to the car harness and youre good to go. You wont need the connector by the pulley. (the sensor is in the dizzy)

 

sorry but i live in california and im getting the car BARed so i have to have everything converted to obd2b... trust me if i could just run obd1 i would..

EVAP purge? Not really sure, you may just have to swap plugs to the OBD2 style, maybe someone can chime in, see IAB pic above for wiring to the ECU if all else fails
