sorry man, not too sure what you are asking. you will need to use the 14 gauge wire that is on the wiring harness..

as for your statement, you said the GSR motor was produced in 95. This would mean being OBD1, you will not need to convert at all, and can stay OBD1.

You will need to add VTEC (solenoid to A4 and oil pressure to D6 with other wire being ground), Knock sensor (wiring to D3), IAB's (A17 and positve source), and convert to 4 wire O2 sensor which you can do by the following:

WHT wire goes to D14 (O2 Sensor Input) - needs to be a shielded wire with ground
BLK wire goes to A6 which is Heater Control
GRN wire goes to D22 which is Sensor Ground
BLK wire goes to B1 or A25 which is Sensor voltage

I would recommend using the JDM harness for parts (not much else it's good for) and salvage all the needed wiring from it and add that to your stock CX harness.
Depending on what month the motor was produced, it might be OBDI or OBDII. If it's an OBDII motor, you'll need to use the injectors plugs, alternator plug and distributor plug from the JDM harness and rewire them on your stock harness. You would then also need an OBDI P72 ECU for it to plug into your cabin harness under the dash.
There is more than one way to go about wiring it up and it mostly depends on which OBD style you have and how you want to set it up. OBDI would be the easiest and best for performance.
As for the wiring, you'll have the "Lucky 7" I call them: 4 wires for the O2 sensor, 2 for the IAB and 1 for the knock sensor. Those are the ones you'll need to wire up and since your car is a 93, you'll also need to wire up the VTEC solenoid and pressure switch if the solenoid has one. If not, there is a simple way to wire it up so that you don't need to buy another solenoid. Poison has already done the homework for you, just wire it up and get movin'
