I'm telling you now 96-98 oem hoods are hard to come by. I have a 96-98 oem roma red hood with a few light dings here and there on it. If you want it I will sell it to you for $20, and I know a reputable body shop who could probably match it for around 80-100 bucks

 

there's a good chance i may take you up on that offer, just wanna see if maybe there is someone out there who'd be willing to trade for the carbon fiber i have on my civic now.

thats what it had on there stock, it rusted to hell real quick, thanks for the suggestion though. no one wants to trade stock hood plus cash for carbon fiber....?

 

lol was it primered, painted and sealed properly? my friend has had his for over a year now and no problems.

 

done by a reputable body shop so im assuming yea, nothing beats OEM as far as body parts IMO. the insurance company wanted to put "OEM replacement" parts on my last car and i fought with them for weeks about it.
