i just bought a front lip for my 99 civic hatch because the other one got stolen can any one tell in how i an suppose to install it pictures would be appreciated

 

2 screws on the ends behind the bumper and dbl sided tape on the lip so it sticks to the bumper.

 

well that depends on what type of lip you got bro...

i assume you dinnit purchase the oem 99-00 si lip from the dealer that one has fastners all the way across the bottom for good fitment.

the one you purchase came with 2 or 4 cheap self tapping screws that you are suppose to drill in to the 2 ends of the lip in to the bumper. ditch those and get your self to the nearest hardware store ie, home depo lowes ect... then buy some stainless steel or corrosion resistant fasteners with a counter sink on one side have your buddy hold the lip on and mark small holes to drill into at the bottom and end of the lip where it meets where the fender line is then install is pretty simple. ive seen some body shops use liquid nails sealent/abs liquid plastic to help secure the lip you should check out the body/paint work thread here on h-t and search first...
