My in Car Highlight vid from NASA-MA April 2010 race at Summit Point WV. I was the only Honda-challenge H2 car to show up, so I moved myself up to H1 to race with 4 other cars, and to get more toyo tire bucks. Got 4th on Sat. and 3rd on Sunday. We ran in the "thunder" race group so there was lots of fast V8 cars out there to mix it up with!

This is in my 1999 Honda prelude race car and I figured you guys might like to see it.

The Factory Five cobra challenge cars make about 210 hp at the rear wheels, and weigh 2350lbs without driver. My car makes about 200hp at the wheels and weighs 2475lbs without driver. With the lighter weight and just a tad more HP they do pull a little on me down the straight but I can get them back in the turns with the much better suspension geometry provided by honda.

I love watching the Prelude late-brake compared to most! The few car lengths at the end of the straight meant nothing after they had to brake earlier!

Funny you bring that up. I'm going to install a Hytec header with 3" exhaust next week! Then when I get time head back up to my local dyno.

Mid 1:25's at Summit Point are my best times. I was only in the 1:26's that weekend because the track temp was a bit cold, and my distributer was being flakey. I would love to get into the 1:24's next time out!
