turbo fuel manegment ???????
Hi everyone, this might seem like a stupid question but i've been searching and really cant find a "good" answer. I starting to work on a low power turbo setup (i dont want tons and tons of power, for the time being, just more then the average ricer in my town) The problem i'm running into is the fuel system, i only want to run like 6 lbs of boost, if that. And am looking for a cheap way to make sure i dont blow everything up. Does anyone know if when running low low boost (5 or 6 lbs) you can run with the stock fuel system and still have an engines that gonna last???

Buy a vortech FMU. It increases fuel pressure under boost. $100 or so and you can get them in different ratios 4:1 etc. which is 4 psi of fuel per psi of boost.
I'd recommend the 12:1 for your application.

Your best bet is to go with a programmable fuel management system. You can get one from Hondada, AEM or EFI.
I have the EFI PMS (efisystems.com). It is awesome. I can change fuel settings while I'm driving with a switch.

Electromotive TEC3. Program your fuel map and get yourself a nifty distributorless ignition system as well.
