Reset check engine light
If you fix an issue that is causing your Check Engine Light to come on, will it reset automatically once the system has detected that its fixed?
Or does it need to be manually reset?

One thing to note: if you use the negative terminal off the battery you may have to put the radio security code in, so make sure you have this handy before removing the battery terminal.
Alternatively if you have a more modern car that is OBD2, you can borrow a code reader and reset the ECU with the code reader.

Nobody here has answered the main question. How do you reset the CEL codes on a non-OBD2 honda? (I.E. '95 Accord.) Oh, and without removing the battery cable or resetting the radio by fuse pulling! (Since both have the same result anyway.) It seems that nobody has an answer for this anywhere on the internet. So...???

This is straight out of the 94/95 Honda Accord Shop manual

If your issue is that you don't want to reset your radio. I guess you could try pulling the power wires directly from the ECU wire harness. However, I would strongly advise against that option.
