rocker assy torque specs

rocker assy torque specs
Hey everyone ive searched everywhere and cant figure this out...i got a 91 civic d16a6 i need the torque specs on my rocker assy....basically i have the sequence and everything but the haynes manual says 9 and 16 ft pounds...my prob is which bolts get what tightness?

I know the torque specs are Rocker arm shaft pedestal bolts................16
Rocker arm shaft end caps bolts................9
BUT i dont know what bolts are which lol

sorry for being a total noob but i still dont see what bolts get what torque lol...there is a total of 15 bolts i took out of the rocker assy to take it off my head.........do i torque all of them back down to 9?
