Turn signals out!!light comes on theirs not clicking but no turn signal!!

Default Turn signals out!!light comes on theirs not clicking but no turn signal!!
whatsup guys i was wondering why my 92 prelude signals arent' working?
i changed the main signal relay still didnt work,lights turn on but no signal..
i was wondering if its the fuse under hood or dash...
does anyone have the fuse diagram for under the hood...
