Default f22b2 valve cover problem

Hi first time poster..

I had been changing my valve cover gasket, I had everything back together and i guess i put to much power behind it it but i broke the bolt on the front right that hold the valve cover down.. it is a long bolt not sure what it screws into but i would assume i need to use a torque wrench... how much torque should be used? alos dose anyone know if this bolt is the same from other honda motors...

torque is 7.2 lbs. Them bolts break very easy so got be careful with them.
