95 LS new build, idle issues

Icon6 95 LS new build, idle issues

first off i have been researching and reading about this for the past week, every day every night. i have a 95 se integra. i basically gutted it to a shell and put new everything on it. built the motor my self. on initial startup and break in period, the car idled fine, a lil high but fine. then, out of no where, it idled low and dies. i believed i have diagnosed it to the pcv or vacum or something. the block i used was a 97 with no breather box on back (there is an bolt plug in block where bottom of box would go it), so i have a pcv valve in the valve cover with the hose going to the intake manifold, and a hose from the breather tube to the cold air intake. i have to give it gas to stay running. if i take the pcv valve off the car, it will idle, but jump from 1500 to 3000 and back. if i block off the vacum line for the pcv, it dies. timing marks all line up, but i will put it on a gun tomorrow and see. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

here is what i have done:
95 Acura Integra Special Edition 2dr
b18b DOHC non-vtec
5 speed
everything on the car is new now. here is a list of everything i have done.

Crower titanium retainers
crower dual valve springs
Crower 403's stage 2 all motor cams

Hondata thermal intake manifold gasket
Polished cam gears
new timing belt
new tensioner
new water pump
oil pump was dissambled, miked, and put back together, 100% good
str block guard
82mm nippion racing p73a 11.5:1 compression pistons
stock ls rods
Arp upgraded rodbolts
polished crankshaft
new rod bearings
new main bearings
new oil pan gasket
new 82.5mm headgasket
new 8.5 lbs flywheel
new exedy stage 1 full disk race clutch
CHASE BAYS tucked clutchline

LOVE FAB headers (came off supercharged 99 si)
magnaflow high flow cat
greddy ss 3" cat back with carbon can
complete gsr blaack interior swap, 135k on gsr gauge cluster
custom mounted air/fuel meter
chipped ecu with a custom ship for bigger bore and more fuel pressure. stock ls rev limit of 7k
carbon fiber hood (lil rough)
Exonic double din in-dash tv/dvd player, touchscreen
fusion audio 6.5 componet door speakers
fusion audio 6x9 rear speakers

its a obd I stock b18b intake manifold and throttle body. they were on the previous motor that was in car and worked with no prob.

the pcv setup is off a obdII, no blackl box, a pcv in valve cover connected to intake manifold. with pcv hooked up, car wants to die, when unhooked, car wants to bounce rev. should i just put the stock black box back on and hook it up that way?? y would connecting the pcv make the car want to die

sounds like an improper idle setting, does it idle fine when its warmed up?

when it warms up, the idle dropps off and dies instantly, unless i stay in the gas

when cold it will idle but it is very rough

well i took off the throttle body adn bypasses the fast idle valve thing, cleaned it all every little hole or port. put it all back on and it will idle for the most part.... now it is a rough idle which may be due to my cams, but it willl idle down to 100 rpms adn die. any ideas??

wrong iacv, on the iacv does it have 2 of the same size holes? or 1 small and 1 big?

2 of the same holes. the iacv came off the car before i tore it down.

Have you tried replacing the PCV valve? I came across these articles:
