Default lower radiator support bent

im wondering is there a cheap way i can do it my self at my crib to pull it out..its just the lower part that is slightly bended because the car hit the ground a bund of times lo l any help

get a 2x4 and a big enough hammer to hit on it and it'll go down. I actually just did this on my car about a month ago, cause I accidentally dropped the jack

i was thinking of tieing a good big rope on the support and tie it to a big a tree n hit reverse slowly lol
