b16a vtec issues
So, i bought a b16a swap from a Toronto JDM outfit last year and swapped it into my 91 integra. I bought the jumper conversion harness, and got the car running. At idle, the fan will not kick on. i didnt change any wiring except for adding the vtec, and knock sensor. NOW, when driving, the car wont warm up so that vtec will work. BUT, if im at a stop sign and let the car warm up (fans broken) vtec will then work.
Any suggestions?

If theres no thermostat the car will run cool, fix ur fan relays and test 4 some voltage or even run it str8 1st to see if the fan even gots power. Still u dont tell us much!
Where is the thermostat located again? Ive tested the relays and for voltage, the fan works fine it just doesn't kick on when its supposed to. the car is also throwing a code 21 for a Electrical Load Detection. I was thinking bad grounds for that problem, any ideas?
The therm is at ur botom rad hose going into the block ,it will be 2 ten mm bolts and should have some ground wires to it. Once your car reaches warm operating temps the fan should kick on during hot temperatures.
