'94 4dr Driver Side Window Won't Stay Up
Hey all I tried searching on here and I'm getting a techinical error msg (something like that) so figured I'd make a thread and get some help. Today after closing the door (driver side) I noticed the window slid straight down back into the door. Before this happened as I was putting the window up I heard a noise that sounded like a pop or glass scratching but saw nothing indicating any damage. I got home popped the cover off and tried pulling the glass back up but the cable (im guessing the part that raises/lowers the glass) was super tight and wouldnt give. Now the switch seems to be good (still making said noise scratching popping noise) and my rears are still going down and back up w/o any issues (pass side is shot too
) I just would like to know for now how to keep the damn glass from falling back into the door and just keeping it up like my pass side until I get the part (which to me sounds like the regulator anyone else please chime in). Thanks for any information/advice in advance.
Cliffnotes: driver side window fell into door need advice on how to keep it up until i get it fixed w/o rigging it w/a screwdriver. I hate power windows
