Default 2000 EM1 Si, project daily cruiser

I picked up a 2000 EBP SI for a daily cruiser. I want to build a clean car w. power i can drive everyday.

Heres the rundown.

-The car has 168k on the clock on the original B16a2 and trans.
-It has black housings w. 10k HID, CTR grill, no-name coilovers, CAI, s2k headunit.
The car came w. fugly 17's so i upgraded to GSR Blades wrapped in Falken Ziex's. I plan to upgrade rims later on down the road.

Opinions, what wheels should i go with that look good on EBP Si's?
my budget is in the Rota/Enkei/BBS range. lol no spoon/mugen 4 me haha

Ideas for Intake, exhausts, susp?

wat can and should be done to the car.

So far i kno i need a camber kit in the back cus its insane, and to get that annoying cheap intake. and upgrade wheels

keep negative coments to urselves. thx

my suggestions:

white wheels look good on ebp si's.

intake - anything with a tube and a filter.
exhaust - apexi ws2
suspension - pic apex

before mine got stolen i was planning on buying white buddy club wheels, gold/bronze also looks good. Had a Password JDM intake, but wasn't too impressed with it. for a street suspension... the koni/GC combo seems to be very popular. i second the WS2, or even a spoon N1

i would pick the apexi ws2 for the quietness. unless u prefer loud.

intake i heard it can be whatever jus as long as you put a K&N air filter on it

and suspension i agree with Koni yellows/GC or get F&F( function & form )

yeah i think the front was re painted but it looks clean, better repainted than needing a paintjob lol. Yeah i think im going to go with a K&N intake and wheels to get things started.

i do i think White Track R's would look sick on the car.

is your camber really that bad, the car doesn'T seem that low that you would need a camber kit, just a get a good alignment.

with that said its clean man, u need the front lip though, something about em1s without front lips just doesnt seem right

EPB = Electron Blue Pearl in reference to the paint.

Which BBS model are you considering? A beater set of the more popular designs go for $800+. Enkei RPF1's is a light wheel that looks good on most Honda's.

As for exhaust, I'd go with the Apexi WS2 for a daily driver. I picked one up after viewing a bunch of videos of youtube. They're not unique and won't be ideal for a built all motor set-up, but they're very quiet and don't look too bad if you paint the canister flat black.

Apexi sells a new line called the Noir, and if I am not mistaken they have one for the 99-00 Si. It's a WS1 canister.

yeah, they dont seem quite right without a lip. The guy who sold it to me kept it. that miserable **** lol. im planning on getting one soon tho.

I got the car for a partial trade, i gave dude an LS swapped rusty eg hatch w. 800 dollars. This car was worth much more than what i had in the hatch so i didnt make a fuss about a lip+ si badge dude kept. it just leaves a cheap opinion of the person u kno? lol

apexi WS2 seems the way to go. for exhaust. Im working 2 jobs this summer so i plan on having this car done by end of summer. Ma build is paid for w. sweat and not mommys bank account like some ppl, yall kno who u are lol

Thx for posting the pics up dude. i dunno how to do it without making it a link. so many thx's.

I would look into a front lip and, at least from what it looks like in the pic, see what you can do about that hood-grill gap.
