I Got a 90 civic hatch, i just finished putting swapping the D16 out for a B18B1. Everything runs great, lots of power. The only issue's im having is first the idle, it idles rough and when i try to adjust it it doesn't seem to really change at all. Second problem is when im driving, and i push on the gas just a little bit it stutters, push a little more and the car starts taking off.....??? Any help would be great Thanks

 

timing. make sure u have it set right, and not off by a tooth. 1 tooth off makes a big difference in how it runs. also, check the dizzy and rotor, change the plugs and wires if you have the money to spare, either one can be the problem, and make sure your plugs are gapped correctly
