Default 1998 civic EX(ls Vtec) RICH AS HELL

hey guys

so i got my LSV started and it runs idles little rough but thats nothing. The problem is its running SUPER SUPER rich...like its coming out of the down pipe rich. and i cant figure out why.

car starts right up dosent take forever to turn over. Its running a chiped P28 with a chip for J-K tuning

what could it be? stuck open injector? map sensor ****? bad chip?

im lost....im trying to get it running good enough so i can get it to innovative tuning in carlisle to get my car tuned.
