Hi everybody, Im new at this site and was just wondering if all of you might know if a chipped ECU will make you fail smog check, because I'm looking for a p28 ecu and I found some that are chipped and some that are not so I'm not so sure which one to get and whats the price range on those p28 ecu(V-Tech)?
