Today my speedo started going crazy i was doing 40 and it kept jumping to 60 then back 40 then my check engine light came on for a second my car started spudering then the light went of and it started running fine my my speedo is still messing up

 

check your veh. speed sensor. sounds like the culpret. your ecu judges alot off of veh. speed. if your sensor is f*cked up then its going to send everything else out of whack. check ebay for cheap but autozone would be quicker and more convenient

there is a honda bulletin for that, under the intake manifold the engine wire harness chaffes on the IM and shorts out. just pull the harness out a little and fix any bare wires, or bring it to your dealer, its an easy fix for then.

check it out, im pretty sure thats the problem.

most likely your vss is shot, my speedo is acting up now too.
