Gen 6 Civic -
How do I get the plastic cover cap off the injector wires, right behind the injectors?

I only found 1 clip, on the drivers side end. How do I get it off without wrecking it?

We need more info...

Are you talking about the black cover for the wires? There are four of those clips on the back side. Remove both 10mm bolts so you can twist it a bit might make it a little easier.
Or the actual injector plug's? pry back the wire on the side of the clip
Or the caps on the injector itself? Just pry off but I would not remove.

 

I'm talking about the black(ish) cover for the wire set. About 2.5" x 8 or 10" long.

You mean remove two valve cover retaining bolts? I'm going from memory right now.

Hold on and let me make a call........Sorry He's and 8th gen.

If it is like the one we are thinking about it is just pressed into the valve cover, Just pry it up

 

Gen 6 with SOHC VTEC-E. It's an HX, 5-spd.

The plastic cover is between the valve cover and the manifold plenum thing.
