Cluster install question
Hey everyone, I am gettin ready to put an EM cluster in my 89 hatch. I have the pinouts for both an I am wondering what the multiplex unit actually does. Do I need to wire that pin into anything on my hatch? I have read that when the unit goes bad that you don't get dash lights so I am wondering if I even need it or just not wire it in. Thanks
