Default ef fuel problems

its an ef with an ls swap and it seems like its running really rich it has full fuel system, header, intake , exhaust , throttle body, intake manifold, straight piped, my problem is when you start the car cold it idles at about 1300 and thats not bad for a cold start then it warms up and runs a lil under 1000 still not my worry but when it warms up the exhaust smells like straight unburned gas and for some reason there is always water coming out of the exhaust no matter if you drive it for an hour and come back and let it idle it still comes out. p.s. it has had a full tuneup wires plugs cap rotor any help would be appreciated

With straight pipe it will always smell a little like that unless u have a good working cat with correct distributor timing. Do u have a check engine light? What computer system u running?
