Isn't that the cruise control and accelerator wires ? That's what it reminds me of.

 

I think it is the gear shift lever with shift cables attached.

 

Doesn't look likt your typical Accord or Prelude type shifter, could it be from a EP3 or RSX (I think thats what you call the DC5 Integra there??)

 

no its from a shifter. you can see the threads on the shifter for the shift **** in one of the pics. but IDK what kinda car its from exactly. the angle looks like it wouldnt be from the late model civics though. not sure really which car it could be
