Default Wanted Info For D16Z6 Head Swap.

I been looking everywhere for D15B/D15Z6 Head Swap Info. I know I can install the head the same way as any other vtec head, connecting a specific wire to the vtec wire and it works just like any other head. But Since this has the 3 Stage Vtec (Vtec-E, Normal, VTAAAAAAK!) I'd like to utilize the Vtec-E Portion. From what I read up on "http://hondaswap.com/ecus-electronics-tuning/d15b-vtec-3-stage-wiring-58066/" There are two wires for the different stages of Vtec on this head, Instead of one that is on say a Y8 or D16Z6 head. One wire is supposed to engage Vtec-E under a specific RPM band, After that both wires are dead until the Vtec RPM Range comes into play when the second wire is activated.

So I understand how this works. However I am OBD1. P28! D16Z6! I have only the normal 2 Stage Vtec. I've searched and read some stuff about people doing things like a P28 with the P08 maps or whatever but I've also read up things involving the P08 being a 2stage Vtec ECU. I know the D15Z6 Head is a OBD2 Head but can it work on an OBD1 ECU? Like the JDM D15B's ECU (which I believe is the P08), Or am I looking at the need to locate a very rare harness/ecu to convert my car to OBD2?

I need to know honest truths before I look into investing some cash in the Head. The concept of 3stage Vtec is awesome to me. Mainly because The car is my daily driver and I want the most fuel mileage possible. Someone I know has the head and I told him I'm interested but right now I just wanna get the right info so I know what I'd be getting into, so I can get it done. I want 3 Stage Vtec, but is it worth swapping the 2 Stage to the 3 stage even tho the 3 Stage can act the exact same as the 2 Stage?

Before someone says "SEARCH", Read the post, I did search Honda-Tech and Google and read every posting I could find that looked like it was equivalent to what I wanted to know.
