I'm glad I still have my ex coupe!!! That 30 is after the car is payed out and what not...I'm hoping it comes closer to 45-50 seeing as how I had my car damn near payed off and all the money I put into it..and then there is the medical part of my being carted off in an ambulance and his running of a red light!...this is my first major accident so I'm not sure how it's gonna go...hopefully I can keep my engine and tranny and throw that into my 95 ...that would be the ****...along with an sti or a new truck=]

Unless you are sueing him don't expect 45k. You'll get what the car is worth and you won't be getting the motor/trans if its not paid off.

 

^well when my old 4 door got totaled, they let me take whatever i wanted from the car, but it resulted in me getting back less than the car was worth. but they were aftermarket parts that i sold along with the oem parts, so i came up on more money than what i would've gotten. i have state farm btw. but all i had to do was tell them what i was taking from the car.
