I'm taking a chance (again) and posting a WTB thread. Nobody seems to ever respond to these so it will probably be a waste of time. However, I'm finding not much of anything decent F/S in the midwest.

Looking for something:
-must be a 5-speed.
-must be a coupe OR possibly an EK.
-if it's a civic i'd prefer an EX, DX models are kind of ghey but like i said. not too picky.
-NO preludes.
-something with *minimal* rust & honda cancer ORR a body that can be fixed as this will be a new project. Not really picky on the motor because it will most likely be coming out: B,K,H,D - anything and everything that's running and in good shape

got a perfect car for a project if you want it.. 94 civic hatch, rusted qtr's and dinged up pas. side fender and door other than that its not to bad of cond. also have alot of extra stuff to go with it.

askin 1600 bucks.. cheap

also got a b18c1 and a b16a2 swap for sell cheap. both are currently running, b18c1 is in my dc2, b16a2 is in my em1 in sig.. saw that your lookin to buy a b swap in the sig. 1800 for b18c1, 1600 for b16a2 both come w/ extras.

btw try craigslist...if you get past all the pos's there have been a few nice cheap coupes on there recently...ive been looking since i sold my 4dr but im in the market for a hatch

 

so your lookin for a 92-95 coupe and a b swap then? i have a 94 civic ej1 shell and 2 dif. complete swaps. let the shell go cheap because it needs a lil bit of work. 600 for the shell, prices on the complete swaps are posted

i check CL everyday and i've either met flakey sellers - a few from H-T, that one with the 91 LS just stopped talking to me when I said I wanted to buy it yet he keeps trying to sell it on here. The other ones are just beat and hacked to crap. I keep lookin' though!

shell is in storage so ill have to bust it out if your seriously intrested, has a few aftermarket parts included, no rear seats in it, no hood, all black interior, black paint, no major rust. has lil bubble on one qtr' i believe tho.

If you can come with a little more money I have a 96 Coupe, no rust ever. Has a 99-00 front end conversion, 99-00 tail lights, 99-00 Civic Si seats, CRV cluster and a bunch of other stuff. If you don't want the wheels and tires we may be able to work something out. Has the D16y8 motor and 5speed.

I have a rust free crx dx shell no motor or trans but i can figure some thing out... its red 89 crx

 

a wee bit too old for me. would like to stay between 92-00. ty though!

 

Find a car In az or somthing from the desert, it's not worth having a project from here. You can get them cheaper also, because no one worries or cares about rust there. it's not there selling point. Body-paying out the ***, sparying and paint isn't what's costly it's the body work involed.

 

I realize this, as cars from the south and southwest don't have rust becaue they don't have weather like we do. Yet still - I find nothing!

 

This weekend I should be selling a 00 black gsr SHELL

-clean title
-140k
-NO RUST
-1 year old paint
-itr wing
-clean and complete leather interior (black)
-10k hid's
-shaved side moldings

It will be missing

-engine/trans/ecu/axles (whole swap)
-radiator
-it will either be on steelies or 15x6.5 slips


I plan on asking around $2000 for the car maybe a bit more for the car with the slip streams. Overall the car is pretty clean, it has a clean title, full interior (all power everything works). No rust, it beats most of the offers you have gotten lol $1600 for a civic with rusted 1/4s and dents everywhere.
