For those who have koni yellows for the street
What do you run F/B for settings? I currently have stock ground control rates (Which I am quickly finding out are too soft) and I am using .5F and 1 back. Its seems to be kindy bumpy in the sence the shock isn't absorbing the shock fast enough. Just looking for setups...
i run mine full soft now with 400 lbs front and 500 lbs rear and it feels pretty good, even though one rear shock is blown
speaking of that can anyone tell me the best deal on rebuilt/revalved shocks?

Mostly full soft for street (1/8 turn towards firm)
Autocross......well, I am still trying to figure that out....its a lot of trial and error. It also depends on your other suspension compontnets. I have a tiebar and swaybar so I set mine differently than other Integra's with different spring rates, tires, swaybars, etc.
w/ 300#F, 350#R ground-controls on the street im about 1.25 turns from the most firm setting. front and back. for autocross, its about .10-.15 from the most firm setting, to avoid "hurting" anything... iven never had them on the softest, i suppose i should try it out, but i tend to like a more firm ride, street or otherwise.
oh ya, this is on my accord coupe, so maybe that makes a diff.

I have GC 400f/350r and run about 1/4 turn from soft on the street and turn them up for track days. It is a little bouncy sometimes for the street but the ride on full soft is some what more tolerable.

Both front and rear konis are 1/4th twist from full stiff. The only reason they are dialed back at all is because I was told not to run them all the way up....

With 350f/400r I run 1/2 turn front and rear. I'm thinking of doing full soft. For autocross I run 1 turn front and 2 turns rear.
another question i have: i have the fronts set a little less than a full turn and the ride at speed on the highway seems a little bumpy/bouncy. i thought the proper course was to stiffen the shocks, to better damp them. this would seem to run counter to all the people running full soft on the street. is my logic backwards? are the shocks "over-damping" already?
i'm running 350f/250r at the moment. but next season i'm thinking of moving the 350s to the back and getting 400s for the front. though sticking the 400s in back might be better for autocross?

On AcuraRacer112's GS-R with 400f/500r springs, full soft rode like crap in my opinion. Way too much oscillation over bumps. 1 to 1.25 turns towards stiff worked to critically dampen the springs and kill off the oscillation over repeated undulations. It rides a little rough, but that's to be expected with the spring rates, and it DOES keep the tires on the pavement better with the car at this setting for mid-corner bumps.
