well, i just got this car about 2 months ago for a beater, and the speedo and odometer dont work, well the speedo does off and on. i was wondering if it would be a speed sensor or something else?this is my first honda btw so im kind of clueless

 

Could be your vehicle speed sensor; remove (a 10mm bolt) and check the gear that is being driven and make sure it's ok. You can buy a new electrical portion at local parts store for under 80 bucks (the black electrical portion sits on top of the full assembly) Also your gauge cluster might be bad.

 

yea but the trick is where its at... under the intake mani on top of the tranny.
