Where is my idle control valve?

The rotary air control valve on your ULEV should be on the back of the intake plenum just to the right of the throttle body. It's Between the plenum and firewall, you can't see it in ether of the pictures you have posted.
It is located on the back, under the hose indicated by the red arrow.

Pull off your throttlebody for easy access. (Four 12mm bolts)
Forgot to mention, Where GhostAccord pointed out (red arrow) its a little bit lower and to the right. If you still can't find it, let me know and I can put up another pix for you.
