What is the best engine for a honda civic EK9 and EK4 for street racing?

Just so you know street racing is illegal. Also this question would probably be best asked in the Civic forum.
But from the very little that I know about Civics. Aren't the B16B or B18C pretty good engines for an EK9/EK4

b16s and b18s sit pretty good and popular in hatch backs. But if you want the best go for a K20 or H22 swap.
