Default Built H22 problems with starting

Here it is:

H22 with Mahle 11.5:1, S2 stg2 pro camshafts with camgears (0 degrees set), Blacktrax double stack manifold, bigger TB, 450cc injectors, P30 with H22 maps ECU (ignition backed up a bit) and some minor mods.

The engine doesn't want to start. Only starts when the accelerator pedal is pressed a bit-> TB is slightly open. Then it works kinda normally. If you let the gas off the engine dies immediately.

No CEL, unusual sounds just that symptom described above.

I've replaced TB back to stock ones-> no change. Replaced ECU to Hondata tuned for my friend JUN based H22-> no change (I think starting procedure will be more less the same, won't it?)
For me it looks like engine doesn't have enough air somehow (IAC not working? But I can feel suction in both holes in TB)

Timing?

Any other ideas?

recheck all electric connections as well as grounds. I don't think it's related to the cold-start valve at all since that system is purely mechanical. It might contribute to the problem, but I highly doubt fast idle or IAC valves are the issue here.

It might be too rich during start up, causing the engine to flood when the pedal is released.

What about the throttle stop screw? TB could be set to where it is shut completely.

i had a similar problem it was a combination of tuning and the map sensor i wasn't using the stock map sensor i was using a 4bar so the car wouldn't stay running unless we had the foot on the pedal this problem was fix with tuning.

ok. the reason i asked is because when i was a young chap going to start my new build for the first time, it exhibited a similar problem. i have an str intake manifold and it turned out i had a port plugged that i should have left open. so apparently i was starving the engine of air. as soon as i took the plug off she ran like a champ!

The first tuner diagnosis is too lean when cranking! which sounds very interesting for me. but after thinking of that it could make sense for me as there is more fuel in tps 10-15% than in idle area I think. Lots of people say- flooding with fuel. not enough air to combustion. anyway he's going to send me another map which I'll try. If it's not running I'll take my Neptune RTP and will play with maps in real time and then feedback him with my notices to let him prepare another map.

TB doesn't have a setting screw (it's Omni stuff or so) nor fast idle.
