I am looking for a used vehicle but have a special situation. Although my wife and I make quite a decent monthly wage, due to identity theft (unfortunately perpetrated by a family member) our credit is in shambles. I would like to make payments, be it weekly, bi weekly, or monthly on your vehicle. This transaction will have a legal contract drawn up to protect the interests of both parties. You hold the title, I make the payments. As for vehicles I am interested in the list is quite large with a few exceptions. The vehicle must be manual. Although I prefer smaller vehicles like the Mazda Miata, Honda Civic, Nissan 240sx, Honda Del Sol, Toyota Mr2, I will honestly evaluate anything you have to offer. I know this is a different kind of transaction but I assure you I am a responsible adult and will not waste your time. I am looking forward to any and all interested parties who contact me.

P.S. I have a real soft spot for eg hatches. I miss my ls/v swapped hatch so much!

Bumpity, still looking....guess I could go for a 600cc sportbike if anyone has one collecting dust. Also as a heads up I'm not working on much for a down payment due to a last minute move(I swear it never ends this month, first ID theft from the mother in law and now my landlord shows up saying he sold our place...with us still in it!) I am still looking, I know people are weary of this sort of transaction (rightfully so, too many scammers out there) but if you are at all interested please respond. I will do whatever you need to feel comfortable about our transaction. My income is solid, both myself and my wife have worked at our jobs for over 6 years and this payment has been accounted for in our budget when the right ride comes along. Please! I miss my stolen LS/V hatch, I have the honda bug and I need the transportation. I really am interested in anything stick with tuning capabilities. Sorry about the late response, my internet has been down at home thanks to my router breaking! I am definitely interested, sent you a PM.

 

Checking out a ride in a few weeks (hoping it works out!) but just in case I am still fielding options. I know times are tough for a lot of people right now so if anyone could use some extra monthly income and has a car that just isn't selling or just sitting we could help each other out! At this point I will also take a sportbike that runs (or will at least last the rest of the season and I can patch it up over the winter haha) as I also have my M class certification. Why not just save the weekly payment and buy a car outright. Save you fee's on having a legal contract made. Contracts usually cost about $120/hour to write up the legal legit way.

 

I agree, my hatch was stolen recently and I am trying to replace it quickly. But if nothing comes along I am saving that weekly money until I can drop it in total on something. And you don't necessarily need to have a contract legally drawn up for it to be enforceable. As long as you have the correct five elements of a contract it can be on a napkin and still be enforceable in a court of law. It is also cheaper to write a contract up and have it reviewed by a legal representative since it is much smarter and safer to seek legal council just to cover your butt!
