Hello everyone.. i am a super noob to this site so if i put this in the wrong place... my bad!

anywho i bought a 94 accord EX VTEC automatic with a blown head gasket and did a manual swap on it. I fully rebuilt the engine and used all of the intake parts from the automatic. I finished the swap and it started right up and ran great... but then it started to idle super low... like 400RPM. so i did some research and and found the procedure to reset the idle. reset the idle with IAC unplugged and it seemed to work fine. reset the battery and plugged the IAC back in and reconnected the battery. when i started it it started to surge like there was a vacuum leak...I have checked everywhere for a vac leak.. the fast idle thermo valve has been rebuilt, the IAC has been cleaned, and everything has been sealed up with Hondabond. all vac lines are connected properly.. im about to pull my hair out!! any help would be greatly appreciated!!

additional info... i used the ECU from the manual..and the wiring harness.. i am getting an abs light also.. havent pulled the code yet...
