Default Procedure for setting the idle speed.

Anyone know the Honda procedure for setting the idle speed on a '99 Civic EX?

Not just messing with the screw. I think it has something to do with unhooking the battery and iacv and backing the screw all the way out hooking the battery back up and plugging the iacv back in, starting it and tighten the screw in to the proper idle speed.
