d16z6 turbo problem

Icon3 d16z6 turbo problem

i got a 93 civic 4dr and there is some wires that r touching or something. in order to get my oil, battery, and check light to show the turbo oil feed line has to touch my valve cover but its sparks and wont start at all...i did a head gasket change and now my car is running very wack need for my new job.

It doesn't make much sense that the turbo oil feed line touching the valve cover would make your cluster lights show up...if that's what you're saying, but if it is, look for wires exposed to the oil feed line, could be grounding out, and the VC is definitely grounded out. Trace the oil feed all the way back.

well i remove the oil feed line but there is still sparks cause yesterday i sat down and jump on the car and the oil, check, and battery light came on than i start it up than it spark and everything died i thought it was me hooking up the stereo deck but i remove everything and still the same

Agreed. Metal touching something and sparking with lights. Sounds like you have an arc welder. BUMP for grammar.
