alright i posted awhile back with same problem, i was given a bunch of suggestions. so...i have a B16 in my ef sedan. it runs fine under normal accel. at idle it revs fine. the problem is when i give it gas it seems to just lack power and you could almost say it surges. it loses power then gets power and will not rev past 6000. anyways ive changed fuel filter, dizzy, plugs, wires, injector resistor, double checked belt and ignition timing and changed computers. no CEL.
i really lost as to what it can be. ive never experienced anything like this. willing to try anything

 

Does it have this problem from the moment you start it up or after about 10-15 mins?

I have new plugs/wire.fuel filter

I have notice that it runs better when getting low on gas...I think that maybe my fuel pump may be the cause.

it will pull hard around 4-6k then goes into limp mode.

 

man some one just posted this up. make sure your o2 sensors aren't wired in reverse. basically the ecu reads the wrong readings and makes two cylinders run 20% lean and the other two 20% rich when in closed loop mode because it is reading the opposite cylinders

 

if it does into limp why would you think its your fuel pump? I keep reading about it and all i read is to clean the Vtec solenoid? could that also be an issue?

 

Are you obd0 or 1? I know you said you messed with the resistor box, but you could still have an obd1 motor. Your injectors could be going bad.

Remember, you need a front and rear o2 sensor if you're obd1. So make sure you have them hooked up right.

 

it ahs the problem all the time i did a compression check and clinder leakage check comp was 159 to 163 in all cylinders. leakage test fine. there is no CEL so i dont think the O2 could be backwards. i will double check though. im gunna change out my injectors and see what happens cuz it reall seems like a fuel problem to me, but ill keep trying
