hi people i have a question about K24 2.4 dohc engine 5 speed from 04 accord... is it worth doing it? what are the pos. and cons. some sells me one for 1000.

im i asking the wrong question or what? no body has any input on this swap? someone is selling this engine/trans/harness/ecu/shifter for 1000.. isn't that a good deal? i would like to know if its complicated, what mod are involved..etc..
