Default Bad idea? (injectors)

Does anyone know if there is a difference between D16Y7 injectors and B18C injectors? both totally stock motors.... but is there a problem with swapping injectors in those engines?

What are their flow rates?

All Honda injectors are the same (240cc) except for some prelude models which i believe have 310 cc injectors.

is the cc count what they are capable of? Like if you put in DSM 450cc are you actually shooting 450 or are you still shooting what you were previously?

yeah, that's what I'm a little confused on too... so the injector opens for a certain amount of time which depends on the amount of air coming in... right?

well i have D16 injectors and fuel rail on my B18 just because I did an OBD 2 to 1 conversion... My car just feels like it's lagging a little bit

When I first dropped it in ... and got all the codes cleared... it ran great! a lot of power then it was a little bit less it seemed... so then just recently I swapped the stock DX fuel pump out for an '98 ITR pump, I noticed a jump in power then, but I was just wondering if using that fuel rail and injectors was causing a restriction or not somehow.

I've got an Cyberdine A/F ratio meter, and it seems to be reading fine.

Should I check my timing?, but I think that is correct.
