Bad idea? (injectors)
Does anyone know if there is a difference between D16Y7 injectors and B18C injectors? both totally stock motors.... but is there a problem with swapping injectors in those engines?
What are their flow rates?
What are their flow rates?
yeah, that's what I'm a little confused on too... so the injector opens for a certain amount of time which depends on the amount of air coming in... right?
well i have D16 injectors and fuel rail on my B18 just because I did an OBD 2 to 1 conversion... My car just feels like it's lagging a little bit
When I first dropped it in ... and got all the codes cleared... it ran great! a lot of power
then it was a little bit less it seemed... so then just recently I swapped the stock DX fuel pump out for an '98 ITR pump, I noticed a jump in power then, but I was just wondering if using that fuel rail and injectors was causing a restriction or not somehow.
I've got an Cyberdine A/F ratio meter, and it seems to be reading fine.
Should I check my timing?, but I think that is correct.
