Default Karlyn control arm quality?

I just went for a wheel alignment at the stealership, had a coupon deal for $69.95 with taxes so I thought might as well take advantage of this and it included a free inspection of the underbody as well, so turns out they told me I need new front left control arm, wheel bearing and both front lower ball joints... a few months ago my car went into a big pot hole, driver side which caused a bubble in my tire so I think the front driver side damage is about right? Or they could be lying but I want to know if Karlyn is good for Control arms??

I don't believe them about the lower ball joints though, I had one of them replaced last year so there is no way ball joint went out again.

Does anyone have any idea which company manufactures Honda's OEM control arms? ball joints?

I found OEM Honda for $148 at TasAuto.com - Karlyn is almost half priced. Who is the manufacturer of OEM honda upper control arms?
